Profuna Ocean signed up for the Dutch Exposure Project. A project to promote dutch progressive bands.
Will we be the lucky ones to deliver a song for the 180 grams wide grooved vinyl and maybe even release our new album on FREIA Music?

Last Saturday we won Jampop The Final. Thanks to everyone who voted for us. It was a wonderful day. The weather was great, the music was even better and in the end we turned out to be the winners.
We had a great time with all of our friends who came out to see us. Thanks again.

After a great show in march, Profuna Ocean has been chosen as one of five bands to play at Jamop, The Final. Together with Selenic, LD02, Incidense and Lust For Live we will rock the place: May 26 at Everdingen!

Now the pre-production has been finished with recording all vocals we're getting ready for the real deal.

Profuna Ocean had a meeting with the well known producer, engineer and drummer Stephen van Haestregt ( Within Temptation/My Favorite Scar). He will be taking care of the first part of our official recordings, being all drum parts for the new album. We are very excited about this as we now know what we're heading for.
Recording of the drums will start the 23rd of July at Swamp Sudios at Raamsdonk.

In the meantime we'll probably play one or two shows to keep things fresh and show our faces. More info will follow soon, so stay tuned!

Thanks to all of you who came to see us at Jampop, The Final last Saturday. It was a great show for us. We really enjoyed playing due to the great audience. Thanks again and see you next time!

Saturday the 17th of March Profuna Ocean will play at Jampop, The Final.
The show starts at 20:30 and the entrance is € 3,-.

Thanks to everyone who came to support us last Friday at the Starsound Studios, Utrecht. Despite the positive reactions of those who came to see us, we didn't make it to the semi-finals. The band that won really deserved it!
Again thank you and see you next time.

Pre-production of the new Profuna Ocean album goes on! All drumtracks for the guidetrack have been recorded! Even some of the bass, guitar and keyboardparts are recorded.
We are planning to finish one song including vocals and check it together with our producer.
We might get on schedule!

Next Friday the 17th of February Profuna Ocean will play at the Starsound studios, Utrecht to compete in a bandcompetition called "Het geheim van Starsound". The show starts at 20:00 and the entrance is € 3,-.

As you might have read we started the recording proces for our new album that will be released later this year. The past few days we've been working on setting up our gear for Pre-production. Everything is set and tested, so later this week we will start recording the first drum tracks for the guide-track.
